Really happy with this compact video doorbell. The price is very reasonable and it does exactly what I needed. Installation was quick and easy, even for someone who is not handy - it was literally peel and stick. The video quality is clear enough for my needs and I appreciate that there’s no monthly fee to store the footage.

Customer service deserves a shout-out too. When I had an issue with my first unit, they sent me a free replacement right away without any hassle. That kind of support makes a big difference. All in all, this has been a solid buy and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and affordable video doorbell.

Estoy de suerte, compré este Timbre con Cámara por seguridad es espectacular se ve todo muy bien de noche y de día. Puedo ver en vivo y escuchar que sucede frente a mi puerta. Pronto voy a cachar a quien me rompe las cosas de mi jardín, Hm. Me envía mensajes especificando cada movimiento en video. Estoy muy contenta con la compra. Tengo 63 años y lo instale solita. Si amigas en este tiempo la seguridad es primero lo recomiendo!!!

I love it! This is definitely deaf friends becuaee I can’t talk through phone when I can’t come to door. It has quick message reply on phone I just pick message to send and it will message to voice auto. It makes my life easier! Thank you Botslab!

This doorbell camera is perfect for what I needed it for. I can set my mind at ease knowing that I can see who’s roaming around my home. It give you the security that you needed easy to set up you get notifications immediately great storage and to be able to speak through your phone to talk to mail carrier they can clearly hear you. Works great you can control how much you want/need to see. So after a fire happened I wanted to feel safe in my home, I can say this is worth 5 stars!!!!

Ive had this dash cam installed for about two weeks now, and Im really happy with it so far. The footage looks clear, even during nighttime drives, which was a big deal for me since I drive a lot after dark. The rear camera rotates too, which comes in handy when Im doing rideshare and want to monitor the backseat.
The voice control is convenient, I can just say some commands and it listens right away, no fumbling with buttons while Im driving. Also, the WiFi connection has been smooth. I can transfer clips to my phone quickly without any lag, and I like having the GPS to track where Ive been. All in all, its been a nice little upgrade.

Door bell camera is very good the customer service in the app live chat feature is good as well they are responsive and helped me fix my device being offline issue. They advised me to delete the device from the account and set it up like new and it worked. I have no complaints about this door bell

Broke my first one on accident, but ordered another because of the amazing quality . The fact that I’m not required to pay a subscription is what is the best! Easy set up and connection

VR Mode is the way to go! You can see a 180* view of the outside . Makes me and my family feel safer

It’s a great camera!! Super easy to set up, HD quality, detects movements and automatically lets you know on your phone app, it records all events, and it has many features you can customize based on your specific needs and area of coverage, and works as a door bell as well. It deserves a 10/10.

I was in need of a replacement doorbell camera since the one I had the battery seemed to be at its end of life.

I did some research and found the BOTSLAB wireless Doorbell camera. The KEY component in my opinion is the wireless network extender and 32GB local save. This is a MUST have in ANY doorbell camera as it BOOSTS the network signal allowing you to access the camera quickly while at the same time having a consistent strong wifi signal.

The second MUST have about this doorbell camera is the 360° Panoramic View lens which will let you cover all the angles and easily switch to the other 4 viewing modes for a different look. VR, Horizontal, vertical, fisheye.

The last and really important piece is the rechargeable battery. According to BOTLAB the Video Doorbell Camera lasts 210 days on a 6400mAh rechargeable battery. So far 23 days and 70% battery left and battery life depends on how often its used so the more its used the shorter the battery life.

My only gripe about this doorbell camera is the mounting bracket, mounting screws, and camera release design to charge the battery. Other than that 5 stars all day long!

In closing, this doorbell camera in my opinion destroys the competition in terms of specs and hardware.

Do yourself a favor if you are in the market for a doorbell camera spend the money on what you need in a doorbell camera and go with this good solid brand BOTSLAB.

I never take the time to leave a review, but this time I absolutely had to. I purchased this Botslab video doorbell back in July of 2024 and just got around to setting it up and installing it last night, lol. It took me so long to set it up because I was apprehensive thinking it was going to be a really difficult set up, but it was not!!! It was absolutely just about the easiest thing I’ve ever done. Not only was it easy to set up, but the doorbell itself is amazing in every way possible.

But the “greatness” of this product doesn’t end there. Their customer service is outstanding. I couldn’t figure out why the video was recording in black and white and not color so I clicked on the support button in the the app and was able to enter a live chat with an actual human being immediately who then walked me through how to fix the problem. Being able to connect with a live person so quickly who was not only entirely knowledgeable about the product but walked me through every step was a pleasant surprise. In addition to that, Kelly patiently answered every single question I had whether it was related to the problem or not, and no matter how trivial it was. If you are thinking about purchasing this doorbell, go for it, do not hesitate…It will be the best decision you’ve ever made!!

I love my new outdoor cameras and my door camera as well. The clarity, the ability to swivel to any position so I can view anywhere so that your get a full view of your surroundings. I feel safe that I don’t have to leave the comfort of my safe home if I hear noises outside. I feel safer knowing that if I am not home I can see what’s happening around my house. The best features that botslab cameras offer is that there’s no subscription fee and I am not obligated to pay to keep me safe. I love it!!

For some reason, I don't get sound alerts on my phone. Especially during full operation.

It is a great doorbell camera with exceptional clarity and abilities. Couldn't ask for anything better. It does what it's supposed to do great!

Front dash cam is excellent with 4K video, can even see car plates when you zoom in but only thing that needs improvement is rear dash cam’s keeps falling off when temperature rises in vehicle. I have to stick it back each time.

This device works perfectly as described and Botslab Bella customer service is very helpful and responsive to any needs.

First of all I love this camera! I paid the subscription and it was not expensive at all. The yearly is very affordable. The quality is amazing and it is very clear.
I can see everything day and night an even in rainy weather.
My favorite thing about Botslab is the customer service. They answer the phones and email back VERY quickly. They are willing to find solutions with no hesitation.
I reached out to them because I needed a new backplate and adhesive tape and they graciously assisted me without any issues.

Such a good product. Install and set up was simple and easy. Great quantity video. Good notifications and AI driven support within the app. Absolutely worth the money imo. So glad i did the research, this truly is a great alternative to many of the pricier brands, but with easily just as good software and technology backing it!

We've only had our cameras up and running for almost 2 weeks but so far they are amazing. The fact that they are solar is wonderful. They have stayed fully charged even during overcast days. Also love the fact that I don't have to pay a subscription fee. Would definitely recommend these for home security.

As advertised: no monthly fees, easy installation, great video and plenty of features.
